1. The website Hrmarketing.lv, hereinafter referred to as “the Site”, is managed by SIA “CV-Online Latvia” (reg. No. 40003480317, legal address: Baznicas 20 / 22-30, Riga, Latvia), hereinafter “the Controller”.
  2. The Site contains information about CV-Online HR marketing which is brand and business line managed by the Controller that includes recruitment marketing services.
  3. The Controller shall take all reasonable steps to ensure the maximum safe browsing of the Site and to protect the privacy of each user.
  4. The visitors to the Site, hereinafter referred to as “the Users,” may use any section of the Site without the need to disclose personal data. However, in the event that the User wishes to contact CV-Online HR marketing or order CV-Online HR marketing services, it is necessary to fill out a contact or application form which requires the disclosure of certain personal data. The User may also contact or order CV-Online HR marketing services using the Controller’s contact information on the Site.
  5. The Controller reserves the right to send newsletters about CV-Online HR marketing and other Controller’s and its partner offers to those Users who have given their respective consent.
  6. The User’s personal data is processed and stored in the Controller’s databases.
  7. The Controller shall not be liable for any expenses or losses (direct, indirect, consequential, financial, or loss of profits) incurred in any way in connection with your access to or use of the Site.
